Who regulates us, who is responsible for the clinic, and how to check our registration independently.

Registered premises

Kenmakos Medical operates from registered pharmacy premises at Building 7, Unit C111, Bucks Biz Centre, Barton Road, Bletchley, MK2 3HU. Our General Pharmaceutical Council premises registration number is 9013129. You can verify this on the GPhC register at pharmacyregulation.org.

Superintendent Pharmacist

Our Superintendent Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber is Olufumilola Soetan, GPhC registration number 2049699. She is responsible for the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and for the clinical services provided here.

How we prescribe

Prescription-only medicines are supplied only after a face-to-face clinical assessment by an independent prescriber. We do not prescribe from an online questionnaire alone. Where treatment is not appropriate we will say so and, where relevant, refer you on.

Where our medicines come from

All medicines are UK-licensed stock obtained from MHRA-regulated wholesalers, stored under cold-chain conditions where required, and dispensed to you in person at the clinic.

Reporting a side effect

Suspected side effects can be reported to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk. Please also tell us, so we can review your treatment.
